Dear Ross,

Thank you for the outstanding work you and the team did on our kitchen late last year. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.

There were a couple things I wanted to mention in particular:

• We were especially pleased with your pragmatic approach to keeping costs to a minimum while achieving a fantastic result. Our designer worked with us to create a kitchen that met our needs and we are very pleased with the design and layout. However you helped us choose products and make changes that retained the integrity of the design while saving us money or imporving the functional nature of the room
• Your foreman Graham did an outstanding job of working with us during the build of the kitchen, never once forgetting to make a requested change or add a feature. Graham's attention to details was legendary.
• I couldn't have been happier with the delivery times and I know we out you under pressure to meet a pre-Christmas deadline. With three dates for installation I was impressed that two were met exactly and one slipped by one day, which was advised several days in advance. This made my job of organising tradesmen much easier and the whole job went smoothly. I also appreciated the time both you and Graham took to discuss the project in detail with our builder who completed the installation.

Overall, I'd like to thank you and Rosemarie, Graham and Ryan for the thoroughly professional job on our kitchen. The dedication and skill mixed with humour and practicalality mean we couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend your company to potential clients in the future. Dear Ross,

I have had just over a week to get used to working in my flash new kitchen and I am absolutely thrilled with it. My friends, who have been staying with me for a few days were also impressed but the big news is they think my culinary skills have improved too! The fact is, I enjoy working in it so much more than my prevous one so it becose more of a pleasure to make more effort.

Graeme deserves special mention. He was SO helpful and positive and gave me confidence in his planning and workmanship. The electrician, plumber and installer likewise.They are all fine young men and a pleasure to have in the house working on a job such as this. Thank you too Ross, for your involvement. You have such a pleasant manner and easily coped with my 'attire' (or lack of it!) on your final inspection!

It took me quite a few years of saving, a few months of 'thinking' but only a few weeks for the completed result. Thank you for making it all seem so effortless for me. I will you and Graeme and your firm the best of success and will heartily recommend you to any friends or acquaintances who may be embarking on a similar exercise.
